This kinda actually happened, but I got to name my content management/web accessibility team (me and one other person) WACM (as in "whack 'em"), because sometimes we get/have to whack people with accessibility. I really wanted AWSM though, but I couldn't sell it.
And to make a long story short, I personally did not get assimilated, though others did. Like I said, it's a long story.

Hey, at least you aren't EAPP. As in, the sound that people are making as they are assimilated. And possibly forced to use Microsoft technologies.
My department up to about a month ago was Administrative Systems Support or ASS. Thankfully they changed it to Admin. Services.
