I have to share this story with you. My boss is Director of Community Relations and a self-professed "techno-boob" who took the job only after repeated requests from the chancellor. We have been struggling with a variety of web issues here at STLCC for all the obvious reasons. I sent her a link to your TRFL blog and I could hear her screeching-laughing down the hall. When I went down to check on her, she was in tear! It has been a bit stressful around here and your posts where just the medicine she needed!
